If, on the other hand, you are using the now "old" Windows XP, you can increase the size of the icons on the desktop by simply right-clicking an "empty" spot on your PC's virtual desktop and selecting your property from the menu that appears. Ctrl on the keyboard and moving the mouse wheel down ![]() Also, if necessary, you can decrease the size of the icons by performing the reverse procedure or pressing the button. The other way to increase the size of the icons on the desktop is to go to the latter, to hold the button Ctrl keyboard and move the mouse wheel upwards By doing this, enlarge the icons on the Windows desktop freely, and the same mechanism also works on Windows Explorer / File Explorer. By selecting the item instead Medium icons the default icons are restored (48 × 48 pixels) when you click on the option Small icons / classic icons (32 × 32 pixels) the icons on the desktop get even smaller… but I don't think I'm interested in this right now!
